MY HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, You won't believe monarch ammo this having a major issue with my Holoson EPS Carry. The reticle is completely frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like it's seized up or something. Has anyone else ever experienced this nightmare?
